Look out Kindergarten!

McKenzie's Pre-K class took a field trip to the local elementary school to see what Kindergarten is like. I guess she wanted to make a name for herself! They went out on the playground and she fell off the monkey bars and broke her left radius and ulna (the 2 bones in her forearm). She took her first ride in the back of an ambulance, in fact if her daddy hadn't been at home to report to Jury Duty later in the day, he would have run the call! Anyway, she was quite a brave little girl. She didn't shed a single tear. Even her teacher couldn't believe how brave she was! She got some pain medicine and a splint in the Emergency Room and follows up with an orthopedic doctor on Thursday for a cast. She has already decided that she wants a red cast! She's propped up on pillows watching movies as we speak!
