McKenzie was selected as "Student of the Week" in her Kindergarten Class for her good behavior! She got to bring home "Beary Bear" and she's supposed to take pictures of her and the bear doing stuff together this weekend. Then we enter the things they did in "Beary Bear's" Journal to be shared with her class on Monday. Right now McKenzie is showing the bear her remote control car! They are running back and forth in the driveway chasing the car! Going to take him on a picnic or something fun today, then we'll plan something else to do tomorrow! We are so proud of you McKenzie and all of the good things you've been doing in school!
Alexis cut her 5th tooth last week and decided to start almost running last Sunday. We went to a family reunion, outdoors in 95 degree sweltering heat. I chased that girl all over the place! She'd fall down in the dirt, dust it off on her clothes and get up and go again! She was so filthy dirty by the time we got home I had to give her a bath! She had a great time and was the star of the show! She was the youngest one there and had her picture made with the oldest who was 90 something years old.
